Phato forest:
The Phato Zone, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 30, 2021, is a newly opened and scenic area within Jim Corbett National Park. Operational since January 2, 2022, with the opening of the Safari Gate, it offers a unique experience distinct from other zones in the park. Known for its dense forests and picturesque landscapes, the Phato Zone is home to a variety of wildlife, including tigers, elephants, deer, and wild boars.

The tranquility of the zone, filled with the sounds of birds and animals, has made it a favorite among visitors who come to enjoy wildlife sightings and the peaceful natural environment.

Sitabani forest:
Sitabani is a beautiful region located near Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand, India. The landscape of Sitabani is characterized by dense forests, rolling hills, meadows, and a wide variety of flora and fauna. It’s a serene, tranquil area, offering a mix of lush greenery and rugged terrain, with a variety of wildlife such as elephants, leopards, deer, and various bird species. The Kosi River flows through the area, adding to the scenic beauty.

Sitabani is also known for its picturesque views of the Himalayan foothills in the distance, especially during clear weather. It’s a haven for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature.

1.Booking and Reservations:
All safari bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
Jeep safaris are conducted in designated zones of the park, and the choice of zone may be subject to availability and forest department regulations.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking, which is non-refundable once confirmed.
Guide fees not included and guest will pay directly to guide.
A government-issued ID is required at the time of booking for all participants.
The safari timings are as per the forest department schedule and may vary depending on the season.
2.Entry and Permissions:
Entry into Jim Corbett National Park is strictly regulated and controlled by the forest department.
Visitors must carry valid identification and the confirmed permit while entering the park.
The forest department reserves the right to deny entry for any reason, including safety concerns or violations of park rules.
3.Guides and Drivers:
Every Jeep Safari will be accompanied by an authorized guide from the forest department. The guide’s instructions must be followed at all times.
Drivers are experienced and trained for wildlife tours. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with the park rules and maintaining the safety of passengers.
4.Code of Conduct:
Silence is to be maintained throughout the safari to avoid disturbing wildlife.
Littering or leaving any waste in the park is strictly prohibited.
Visitors must refrain from feeding animals or interacting with wildlife in any form.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol or drugs during the safari are not allowed.
Visitors are prohibited from getting out of the vehicle during the safari except at designated areas, as it may endanger both the individual and wildlife.

5.Health and Safety:
Safari participants are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness for the safari tour, as it involves rugged terrain and outdoor exposure.
Any health conditions or allergies should be disclosed prior to the tour.
The safari company is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during the safari.
6.Weather and Cancellations:
Safaris may be canceled due to bad weather or forest department restrictions. In such cases, the company will not provide any refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the visitor after the confirmation of the safari.
7.Wildlife Sightings:
Wildlife sightings are based on natural occurrences and cannot be guaranteed.
The company is not liable for any dissatisfaction regarding the non-sighting of certain animals, including tigers.
8.Liability:
The safari company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the safari.
Participation in the safari is at the individual’s own risk. The company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the safari.
Visitors are responsible for following all safety guidelines and park rules; failure to comply may result in penalties or termination of the safari without refund.
