Refund and Cancellation

At CorbettGhumo, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible while ensuring we can maintain the quality of our services. Please review the following terms carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us.

1. Cancellation by the Traveller

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email or a formal letter) as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation:

      • 30 Days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

      • 15 to 29 Days Before the Tour Start Date: 40% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

      • 7 to 14 Days Before the Tour Start Date: 30% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

      • 2 to 6 Days Before the Tour Start Date: 20% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

      • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund will be provided.

    2. Non-Refundable Services

    Certain services such as permits, entry fees, hotel bookings, or third-party vendor charges (e.g., transportation, guides, etc.) may be non-refundable once booked. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

    3. Refund Process

    Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of the cancellation request, depending on the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time, as per the bankโ€™s processing schedule.

    4. Changes to the Itinerary

    If you wish to make changes to your booking (such as dates, accommodations, or activities), please notify us at least 14 days prior to your tour start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    5. No-Shows

    If a traveler does not show up for the tour or fails to join at the scheduled departure point, no refund will be provided.

    6. Special Circumstances

    If a cancellation or refund request arises due to extraordinary circumstances (such as medical emergencies or family bereavement), we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

    7. Group Bookings

    For group bookings, different cancellation policies may apply, depending on the size of the group and the specific arrangements made. Please contact us directly for the details related to your group booking.
